By accessing or using actionforacausenow, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users regardless of plan type — Free, Basic, Pro, or Elite. Continued use after any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Last updated: January 1, 2026.

Permitted Use

You may use the undress AI tool only for lawful purposes. You must not upload images of individuals without their explicit, documented consent. You must not use outputs to harass, defame, or harm any person.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited: uploading images of minors in any context; using the clothes remover tool to generate content intended for distribution without subject consent; automated scraping of the platform; reselling API access to third parties without written agreement.

Any account found in violation of these prohibitions will be terminated immediately without refund. actionforacausenow reserves the right to report violations to relevant authorities where legally required.

Intellectual Property

The underlying AI model, processing architecture, and platform interface are the exclusive intellectual property of actionforacausenow. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the tool for personal or commercial projects within these terms.

Limitation of Liability

actionforacausenow provides the AI undressing service on an as-is basis. We make no warranties regarding output accuracy for any specific use case. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform. This cap applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party APIs for payment processing and analytics. These providers operate under their own terms. actionforacausenow is not responsible for third-party service outages or data practices beyond what is disclosed in the Privacy Policy.

Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorized access to info@actionforacausenow.org within 24 hours of discovery.

Your Rights

You retain full ownership of images you upload. You grant actionforacausenow a temporary, limited license to process those images solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. This license expires upon file deletion — which occurs within 60 seconds of download.

Changes to These Terms

actionforacausenow may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after publication on this page. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Major changes will also be communicated via account email.
